What is included with our Personal Training programs?

Personal Training Program Overview

We first meet with you (Virtually or In Person) to find out what your goals and specific objectives are for Personal Training.  Based upon this information we develop a comprehensive Personal  Training Program to achieve your Fitness goals/objectives.  Your Personal Training Program will include a Self Myofascial Release Program, a Fundamental Stetching Program as well as a complete Strength Program.  The Personal Training Program is designed in mutli-week phases based upon your individual needs.   Your Personal Trainer will guide you through every aspect of your Training Program .  We can do this either at our Studio or Virtually.

Self Myofascial Release

Most people are not familiar with these techiques that are so helpful in preparing for exercise programs. Self Myofascial release (SMFR), also known as self massage relieves muscle stress. Myofascial Release rejuvinates muscle, fascia and eliminates knots and tension spots that limit correct muscle, joint movement. We will develop your own self myofascial release program based upon observation and feedback from you as we progress you through your Personal Training program.

Fundamental Stretching Program

We use a variety of different stretching techniques such as Static, Active and Dynamic to restore your body's flexibility. This increase in flexibility will give you the range of motion you need to move pain free and without restiction.

Strength Training Program

This program will be dynamic, in that your Personal Trainer will continually adjust and refine it to match your progress. We use stabilization exercises to strengthen your core. Once we establish a strong core foundation, we work on proper weight lifting techniques to give you the look and feel you have always wanted. We have a state of the art training studio to help achieve these goals.
