Coach's Clinic With Coach Kyle
Coach’s Clinic with Coach Kyle is our newest Small Group Personal Training Class here at Golden Home Fitness. The class is taught by Kyle Wilson, one of our Golden Home Fitness Personal Trainers. Coach Kyle’s aim is to educate and motivate. He can help you get fit without getting hurt.
You can take Coach’s Clinic with Coach Kyle at our Golden Home Fitness Studio. We are located at 30 School Street in North Andover. We also stream the class live on YouTube. You can find the class by searching Golden Home Fitness. Coach’s Clinic with Coach Kyle is taught every Tuesday at 10:30am. The class is approximately 40 minutes long.
Class Structure
The purpose of Coach’s Clinic with Coach Kyle is to show you how to do specific exercises and techniques. Coach Kyle will demonstrate how to do them whether you are a beginner, an advanced athlete or anyone in between. Kyle will explain the purpose of each exercise and how to adapt it to your level of fitness. Best of all, he will show you how the exercise is done because a picture is worth a thousand words!
One of Coach Kyle’s recent clinics featured the squat. In this class, he demonstrates the easiest and hardest ways to do a squat. Coach Kyle also explains who will benefit most from each variation of the exercise. Another class is on different types of pushups. Kyle shows us how to do the moves with or without additional equipment.

He tells us which moves are best for beginners and which are best left to athletes with more experience.
