Ask Karintikal

My name is Ash Karintikal and I have been a personal trainer for the past 10 years helping various age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics, achieve their fitness goals.

During that time I’ve attained numerous certifications and continuing education courses, specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, functional training, and strength endurance. Working as a personal trainer I have seen the effects of exercise on the human body and this desire led me to pursue a degree in physical therapy.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, I have treated orthopedic populations with various musculoskeletal injuries.  My experience as a clinical physical therapist enabled me to have extensive knowledge of human anatomy and treatment interventions for different diagnoses.  The assessments I perform are very thorough, where I focus on the underlying problems, and correcting movement patterns.

Our training sessions can include soft tissue mobilization, graston technique, kinesiology taping, and other manual therapy to help recover from injury and improve performance.  Based off the assessments, I develop exercise program individualized for your needs.

My goal is help clients move better without pain, perform functional movements effectively, improve performance, and increase mobility.  I look forward to meeting you.
