I believe that every person deserves the right to live life on their own terms. With close to a decade of fitness and training management experience, I help my clients become the best version of themselves by meeting them where they are, designing a lifestyle program that meets the demands of their busy lives and then walks next to them throughout the entire process of personal transformation. By listening closely to what my client’s needs are, and meeting those needs throughout their ever-changing lives, I’ve been able to help numerous people lose weight, get stronger, be more flexible, and achieve things far beyond the initial goals they came to me with. That is what reaching your full potential is all about.
During a training session, I focus on making my clients feel comfortable and have fun. I look for the underlying cause of why pain or injury is occurring, not just treating the symptoms. Through proper assessment and use of a strategy that gets right to the heart of the issue, I spend less time trying to correct problems and more time focusing on improving fitness, strength, conditioning, and mobility. While it’s not possible to “see” an immediate result from your training, my clients are able to “feel” a difference within the first training session.
I hold certifications from the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), Functional Movement Systems, Precision Nutrition Level 2, Pre/Post Natal, & Kettlebell Athletics.
