Small Group Training
Want to try training with a friend? Our New Studio in North Andover provides daily small group training classes. All small group training classes are capped at 6 people so our coaches can focus on each individual.
Our team designs exercise programs that meets the needs of each individual and addresses the areas they may struggle. In addition, all personal training sessions are interchangeable with massage therapy and physical therapy....at no extra cost to you!
We offer Sports Massage for our clients! Our 180 Lab was designed for the sole purpose of helping our members recover faster.
Recovering from an injury? Want to see a Physical Therapist? Dr. Van Patel is our staff PT in our 180 Lab and an excellent Personal Trainer.
