This DIY 14 week program includes 18 resistance training workouts with video of each exercise. 250 minutes of cardiovascular training. Habit formation and reminders which include drink 64 Oz of water per day. Avoid drinking alcohol during the wee. Daily nutrition Goal of 1500 calories along with a goal of losing 10% percent body fat to mitigate Metabolic Syndrome. This Program also includes 2 weeks of Recovery Exercises after Phase I and Phase II .
