Personal Training Program Overiew

We first meet with you (Virtually or In Person) to find out what your goals and specific objectives are for Personal Training. Based upon this information we develop a comprehensive Personal Training Program to achieve your Fitness goals/objectives. Your Personal Training Program will include a Self Myofascial Release Program, a Fundamental Stetching Program as well as a complete Strength Program. The Personal Training Program is designed in mutli-week phases based upon your individual needs. Your Personal Trainer will guide you through every aspect of your Training Program . We can do this either at our Studio or Virtually.
